Hei Poa

Founded over 20 years ago by a French husband and wife team, Hei Poa® was inspired by the beautiful island of Tahiti and the Monoi oil used daily by the Tahitian women in their beauty rituals. Recent scientific studies have shown Monoi to be much more effective than other natural oils when it comes to re-hydrating and providing protection to the skin and so the dynamic duo created a line of products around this versatile oil for sale in the West.

Still made in the traditional way, Tahitian coconuts are left in the sun to dry and when ready they are cold pressed to extract the oil. The Tiare flower blossoms are added (at least 10 per litre of oil) and left to soak. The resulting product is an amazing natural beauty oil with exceptional moisturising qualities that can be used on the hair or skin. With the added fragrances of Tiare and Frangipani, which are indigenous to the island, Hei Poa® will truly give you a bit of Tahiti in a bottle.
