Delivery and Refunds
ORDERING FROM TICA LONDONTo place an order with Tica London Ltd you will need to provide your personal details. This will include name, address, phone number and email address. If choosing to purchase, you will also be required to provide payment details. In providing these details you automatically authorise the validity of the card and your ability to use it. You must be the person referred to in the payment information provided. Your purchase from Tica London must be for personal or gift use of the buyer only and items are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address. By offering your payment details you agree to credit checks to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We sell Internationally, to the UK and Europe. We use the GBP currency and all prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. The GBP price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured. You will also incur carriage costs. The final price customers will be charged is calculated at checkout. We confirm all orders by email. We reserve the right not to accept your order, for example, if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or that the item is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control. We may also refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from our site whether or not that merchandise has been sold. Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card and Switch debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Tica London. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Protx, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site. Upon delivery, all orders are tracked, responsibility for purchased goods passes to you. We can issue you with a unique tracking number so that you can check the current status of your delivery. DELIVERYTica London accepts orders from and delivers International residents and those of the UK and Europe. All our delivery services use online tracking so you will know exactly where your package is. The three delivery options you have are: (a) If you select special delivery before 1.00pm your goods will be delivered in 2-3 working days. Cost of delivery using this method is £6.00 (b) If you select special delivery by 10.00am your goods will be delivered in 2-3 working days. Cost of delivery using this method is £12.00 All orders are delivered using either a same day or special delivery service as detailed above. This applies to all orders received before 2pm except on weekends. If purchasing after 2pm on a Friday we will deliver using your choice of the above delivery options on the Monday (or in the case of public holidays the first available day after the day on which you purchase). EUROPEAN ORDERS We track International Signed For items up to the point they leave the UK and in some cases on arrival in the destination country. You can check the progress of your item by using Track & Trace. When your item reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. A signature will be taken on delivery. Our charges and delivery times for international post are as follows: We charge £15 for International signed for which will take up to 3-5 working days. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We offer an international signed for service which means we track all items until they leave the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. However, we can't track your item all the way to delivery in every instance or always be able to provide a confirmation of delivery.

Sale items We do not accept returns of sale items. Full priced items All full priced items for return or exchange must include your order reference number. For returns of faulty goods please follow the same process subject to the conditions detailed below. Order reference numbers are outlined in your order confirmation email. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your order. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Tica London and can only be refunded as a 'store credit'. Exchanges Customers must return the original item for a full refund and then order the item they wish to exchange for again online. Tica London will not accept returns on sale items or any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return. Returns on all full-priced swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is in place. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via a tracked method. The return address is stated on the order confirmation email along with your order reference number which must be stated in all communication with the company. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES In order to facilitate the return of your items you must quote your order reference number contained within your order confirmation email. All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping cost. The reference number should be written on your original email confirmation and on the return-shipping label. We request that returns are shipped using a tracked service. HOW TO PROCEED IF YOU WISH TO RETURN FAULTY GOODS In order to facilitate the return of faulty items you must quote your order reference number and follow the standard returns process as detailed above. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected. RECEIVING A REFUND Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card. The refund will be made for the total purchase price of the item or order excluding shipping costs.
